2.2 Report Setup Wizard

The Report Setup Wizard is available when creating a new document from several of the schemas in the schema library. The Report Setup Wizard will simplify the structure of the schema and allow you to create a reporting template that is specific to your data.
The Report Setup Wizard is available for the following schemas:
- CRS OECD (v2.0)
- FATCA (v2.0)
- UK AEOI (2.0)
- CBC OECD (v2.0)
- UK CBC (v2.0)
- Alternative Investment Fund (AIF - v1.2)
- Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM - v1.2)
- UK Alternative Investment Fund (AIF - v2.0)
- UK Alternative Investment Fund Manager (AIFM - v2.0)
The Report Setup Wizard uses Schema Masking functionality to modify the structure of the schema based on the options presented.
In the above example, the Report Setup Wizard is presenting the options for simplifying the OECD CRS (v2.0) schema. Schema masks will be applied to the document to remove the elements that have been excluded through the selected options.
Using the Mask Schema Elements functionality, you can modify any of the structural changes or reveal elements that have been removed from the Report Setup Wizard.
Some assumptions are made when using the Report Setup Wizard as several schema masks are applied to the document that are not a result of the presented options in the Report Setup Wizard.
