Review of Tagging - Overview

Overview

There are a number of aspects that have to be reviewed in order to sign-off that an XBRL document is complete and accurate. These include:

• The completeness of tagging
• The accuracy of primary and secondary tag selection and of tag attributes
• The absence of any Authority business rules validation failures

Report Authority provides a number of tools which can be used to achieve the necessary evidence for signoff, including the ability to print and export a report that contains all the information anyone would need to sign off on the documents tagging accuracy. 

Re-arrange Panels for Efficient Review

We recommend you consider re-arranging Report Authority's panels so that you don't have to constantly switch between the Validation, Tags and Report panel.
